Ranz Kyle Niana Guerrero Gordon Ramsay

Niana Guerrero has only one goal for herself: 'Ayoko ma-idiot sandwich'

British celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay recently brought some fun and good vibes to the internet when he joined famous sibling influencers Ranz Kyle and Niana Guerrero in a TikTok video. The trio showed off some dance moves in the kitchen of Gordon's popular Philippine restaurant, Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill PH, creating an unforgettable moment.

But in their latest vlog, it was Ranz and Niana that got a taste of what it's like to work in Gordon's high-pressure kitchen.

On January 22, Ranz shared a video of his and Niana's experience stepping into the world of fine dining cooking. Netizens could feel their excitement and nerves from the moment they arrived.

"Y'all I'm scared. We're like in front of his restaurant right now," Niana admitted.

"I'm kinda nervous meeting him," Ranz added.

The siblings were initially starstruck but quickly warmed up to Gordon, sharing some laughs and reminiscing their rise to fame. It wasn't long before Gordon set the stage for the order of the day: a cooking challenge.

"Forget the dancing shoes and take your cooking shoes on because I'd like both of you to make me an amazing Fish and Chips," he declared.

Things got real when Gordon threw in a pop quiz for Ranz about the dish they had to make. With the clock ticking, the pressure built as Gordon laid out the rules for their task and announcing to make the dish in just 10 minutes.

Slowly moving into the kitchen, the celebrity chef listed all the instructions and reminders they need to know about the dish within only 10 minutes.

"First of all, do not turn my kitchen into a nightmare," Gordon warned. "Now, you say, 'Yes, chef.'"

"Yes chef!" the siblings responded nervously.

As the challenge began, Ranz and Niana did their best to follow Gordon's instructions while trying to manage the heat of the moment. Gordon kept the pressure on by announcing the time remaining and commenting on their progress.

The pressure was surely felt as Gordon kept on commenting at the back while announcing the time left each minute.

"Grabe pala dito, we've been here like five minutes. Not even five minutes (maybe) less than five minutes," Niana said. "Ayoko ma-idiot sandwich."

"Chef Gordon Ramsay is, you know, intense and good," Ranz added.

While waiting for the fish to fry, they couldn't help but wonder how their dish would turn out. Knowing Gordon's tough standards, they were anxious about getting it just right.

Despite his tough love approach, Gordon lightened the mood with jokes and gave them some pro tips along the way--like how to properly sharpen a knife and plate the food to perfection.

"Is it cooked?" Gordon asked, ready to taste their creations.

"It should be cooked," Ranz replied, still unsure.

"You do not give me confidence," the celebrity chef teased.

"It's cooked chef!" Ranz said, louder this time.

"Thank you. Why are you shouting at me?" Gordon asked with a smile in his voice.

In the end, Gordon approved both dishes and playfully remaking his iconic “idiot sandwich” moment with Ranz, calling it a “fish sandwich” instead.

During his visit to the Philippines, Gordon Ramsay not only met with his Filipino fans and fellow food lovers but also checked in on his new restaurant, the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill PH. The warm reception he received from local influencers and celebrities, like Kapuso stars Christian Bautista, Ylyt Manaig, and Jose Sarasola, showed just how loved the chef is in the country.
