Kapuso real-life couple Rayver Cruz and Julie Anne San Jose took a stroll down memory lane, revisiting the start of their relationship in an online exclusive video for GMA's Kapuso Profiles.
During the interview, the celebrity couple mentioned how they were besties before, as Julie Anne even used to call Rayver "bro" or "brother."
The Asawa ng Asawa Ko actor also remembered how he realized his feelings for the Limitless star, with his story, "Special place namin ang Siquijor kasi after pagbalik galing Siquijor nag-guest ako sa Limitless [concert] niya and doon ko napagtanto na mahal ko ang best friend ko."
Both Kapuso artists also agreed that their fans played a big role in their love story, as they started their love team 'JuliVer' because of their supporters.
"Masaya kasi nag-start sa mga prod[uction] numbers eh. Parang natuwa sila sa JulieVer. May mga following bigla after ng mga [production] numbers namin. So, naging consistent na every time na mag AOS (All-Out Sunday) or nung Studio 7 pa lang, talagang lagi kong nakaka-prod si Jules noon," Rayver said.
Julie Anne expressed gratitude for the ongoing support from fans. She also reminisced about how their love team began with special performances until they transitioned into receiving acting projects together.
"Ever since nagkaroon ng 'JuliVer' which started before like Studio 7 days pa lang, maganda yung reception sa mga performance namin and then from then on nag tuloy-tuloy na mga prods. Then nagkaroon na kami ng like mga acting stints, tapos nagkaroon kami ng movie. [and] Then sa The Clash, palagi kami nagkikita na magkasama," Julie Anne said.
As they both expressed gratitude, Rayver added, "Nagcompliment talaga kaya ayun thankful sa mga [talaga] sa sumusuporta."
