The lead stars of Asawa Ng Asawa Ko Rayver Cruz and Jasmine Curtis-Smith are overwhelmed and thankful for the intense support that their GMA Prime series have been getting for several months already.

In an interview with "Chika Minute", Rayver, who portrays the role of Jordan, took the opportunity to profoundly thank their fans who made their show's extension possible.

He said, “First of all, maraming-maraming salamat sa mga Kapuso natin dahil naman sa kanila, sa suporta nila. Kung bakit na-extend nang na-extend 'yung show namin.”

“Kung intense na before, mas pina-intense pa. Pati 'yung mga action scenes na nangyayari ngayon, kumbaga halo-halo na 'yung emosyon, halo-halo na 'yung nangyayari.

In addition, Jasmine Curtis-Smith stated that every scene she does in Asawa Ng Asawa Ko is all worth it because of the love they are getting from their avid viewers.

“Nakakagulat na tumagal kami hanggang ngayon and the supporters or the audience of the show tutok pa rin. As in every word nakatutok sila, nakaabang sila. It's very entertaining as well as an actor working on the project kasi ibig sabihin may napupuntahan and worth it lahat ng eksena.”

Joining the cast of Asawa Ng Asawa Ko is former Bubble Gang star Faye Lorenzo, who bagged the role of Mariposa.

According to the Sparkle comedienne, she accepted the role since it is an opportunity to work with seasoned filmmaker Direk Laurice Guillen.

Faye told "Chika Minute", “Nung binigay sa akin 'yung character, sobra akong natuwa kasi gustong-gusto ko talaga 'yung action. So, nung nakita ko 'yung character na 'yun. Sabi ko, 'kukunin ko 'to.'

“Espcially Direk Laurice Guillen 'yun. Yes! Tapos 'yung mga kasama ko dun actors ang gagaling nilang lahat.”
