In an interview with Aubrey Carampel, Alexander opened up about how it feels to be a certified Kapuso.

According to him, "I'm really honored because this really [shows] mutual trust. I've been really happy working together with GMA people so finally now I've become a Kapuso, I'm really really happy."

Over the past few months he's been staying here in the Philippines, the South Korean star is slowly but surely growing accustomed to living in the country, "I love the people, the food, everything here is so good, I'm really enjoying working here."

Alexander also shared his "main challenge" that he really wants to overcome. 

"The only thing I have to do is learn Filipino. My main challenge, I really want to learn it," said he.

Lastly, Alexander recalled the time he performed on the Party Pilipinas stage seven years ago with his K-pop group, U-Kiss.

"It's a dream come true for me. I'm really happy because seven years ago, I was working here and now finally I'm officially a Kapuso. It's fate, it's meant to be," he shared.
