Before taking on the role of Kim Jun Ho in GMANetwork's romantic-comedy series, My Korean Jagiya, Alexander Lee used to be a part of the K-Pop boy band U-Kiss known for their hit, "Bingeul Bingeul."
On this day (August 28), U-Kiss celebrates its ninth anniversary and in an Instagram post, Alexander took time to reminisce on his days back when he was part of the boyband.
"My official debut began nine years ago today with U-KISS in 2008. Although most of the members have gone separate ways, I'm glad that most of us are settling quite well in our own ways," he captioned.
According to Alexander, being a part of the boy band shaped him into the kind of entertainer he is today, "I'm always grateful for being part of U-KISS because that gave me the good memories and spartan experience that started the spark in me. And now, the spark has turned into a burning flame."
Alexander also recalled how they first had their major concert here in Manila on the year 2010.
"Back then, our first concert was here in Manila. Who would have thought that after my departure, after so many years, I would still be surviving and would be back here for such a great project," Alexander wrote.
Lastly, he thanked all his fans for the undying support they have given him throughout the years.
"Thank you everyone for supporting me all these years. It's been a long way together, and I hope we make more good memories together too."
