The grand winner of Pinoy Pop Superstar Jona (formerly known as Jonalyn Viray) is asking netizens to pray for her dad who is currently admitted at an intensive care unit.

In an Instagram post, Jona revealed that her father suffered a stroke.

She posted, “Hello everyone, I am asking for your prayer support for my father... More than a month na po kasi siya nakaadmit sa hospital dahil sa medication para sa fungal infection sa ulo niya at ngayon lang po na ICU siya due to stroke... Since kahapon tulog na lang siya ng tulog, hirap na magsalita, sumagot sa mga tanong at mga command. Pero ngayon hindi po talaga siya nagrerepond... Pls pray for my father's quick recovery and for our family.. Maraming salamat po.”
