Umamin ang kapatid ni Michelle Madrigal na nag-gain siya ng weight matapos humarap sa ilang matinding pagsubok tulad na lang ng pagkamatay ng kanilang ama na si Gerry Madrigal nito lamang Marso 2018.

Paliwanag ni Ehra, “Gained so much from stress and anxiety (dad passed away Ɩ survived a life and death situation 2 weeks apart l daily struggles l gazillion other things etc) but I'm doing something about it. Nakaka-low self-esteem talaga! Everything is just really sinking in and all the effects are manifesting right now. I turned to food and alcohol.”

Nakakaramdam din daw siya ng insecurity dahil hindi siya nakatapos ng kolehiyo.

Aniya, “Had to stop studying when I was in 2nd year college coz I have to work and earn (independent at 19). I feel really insecure especially when I'm surrounded with professionals cause I wasn't able to finish my studies.”

Hindi naman nakalimutan ng dating aktres na magbigay ng payo sa mga tao na may low self-esteem. Malaki raw ang maitutulong ng mga kaibigan o isang counselor para mawala ang insecurities sa sarili.

“Lahat ng tao may mga insecurities pero nasasayo talaga yan kung paano mo ihahandle. There will be good days and bad days.

“Talk to your close friend about it or better yet have a mentor or counselor that you can talk to about anything. They don't judge!”

Ikinasal si Ehra Madrigal sa businessman na si Tom Yeung noong March 2017 sa popular tourist destination na Boracay.
