The Gilas Pilipinas stars took to social media to express their profound apology over what happened in the FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers last July 2 against Team Australia.

Several Gilas members got into an epic brawl with some Boomers during the 3rd quarter of the game held in the Philippine Arena.

Australia won by default 89-53.

Naturalized player Andray Blatche, Roger Ray Pogoy, Japeth Aguilar, and Jayson Castro all admitted that they made the wrong decision and fully regret their actions.
