Hayden Kho realized how his life has changed for the better after looking back on controversies involving him a decade ago.

The celebrity doctor reflected on the scandals he had to face during their family trip to Japan.

Hayden wrote himself a letter on Instagram, saying, “Oh how far you’ve come, Hayden. 2008 was the start of your crushing trials and afflictions; and the marker for day 1 of that dark period was your arrival in Manila from that last Japan trip.

“And now, 10 years later, you’re here - happy, content, and surrounded by a family who loves you and believes in you. Our Savior has been good and merciful to you, Hayden. Give thanks and give Him all the glory,” he added.
