Kapuso actress Heart Evangelista showed her love for husband Chiz Escudero, on his birthday.

On Instagram, the former StarStruck judge posted a series of throwback photos and penned a touching message, whom she calls her “life, partner, and home.”

“To my everyday, my love, my life, my partner, and my home-- I hope you wake up everyday knowing how you have made this world a better place, not only for me, but for our family, friends, and countless Filipinos out there who look up to you.

Heart was introduced to Escudero by her mentor, the late senator Miriam Defensor Santiago.

On February 15, 2015, the couple wed in a private ceremony in Balesin Island Club.
