On its caption, Kirk gave his advice on how to cope with break-up.
He said, “This post is dedicated for all fallen relationship. A break-up from a serious relationship is never fun. You might feel miserable at first, and thats normal, but don't let it in your head.
“Bright days are ahead. Invest the Time to Yourself, ur Ambitions & Goals. Life is simple too short to suffer all day.”
Kirk also stressed, “Never Ever should be your Joy dependent on one person. Priority number 1: YOU.”
Meanwhile, he was quick to clarify that his Instagram post was not meant for his brother Clint Bondad and Catriona Gray.
Last weekend, Miss Universe Catriona Gray confirmed in an interview that she and Clint have parted ways. They were together for six years.
