Isabelle wrote in her social media post that her fitness journey wasn’t easy. In fact, she boldly admits that her first day at the gym was so memorable since she cried a lot.

She posted, “I cried on my first day at the gym. I was a teenager, I had no muscles, just fats. I was so frustrated cause I couldn't do the workout routines that were given to me by the trainer.”

But, Isabelle stressed that people should never give up their goals. She encouraged everyone to push through no matter how difficult it is, because nothing is impossible.

“It's alright to cry sometimes, but just as long as you don't give up! Winners never quit and Quitters never win. I still have a long way to go, but to all the kids out there, YOU CAN DO IT," she ended.
