Former Customs Commissioner Nicanor Faeldon accused the son of incumbent senator Panfilo Lacson in a big time smuggling operation of cement products.

In an article posted by GMA News Online, Faeldon claimed that Panfilo “Pampi’ Lacson Jr.'s company, Bonjourno, was allegedly involved in an undervalued cement shipment they discovered just 12 days since he assumed the position of customs chief.

Former Commissioner Faeldon said, "We discovered the smuggled shipment during [our] first 12 days of office in Customs… isang barko puno ng semento kasi ang deklarasyon niya ay less than 50 percent ng tamang deklarasyon ng taripa through the freight.”

Meanwhile, Pampi’s partner Iwa Moto shared on her Instagram account the official statement of Senator Panfilo Lacson regarding the issue.
