Matatandaan na nasa headline ang magaling na singer, matapos hindi magustuhan ng aktor na si Ahron Villena ang mga naging pahayag nito patungkol sa kaniya.

Sa panayam kasi ng miyembro ng entertainment press sa isang event para sa concert nila ni Jon Santos na ‘Live, Laugh, Love,’ kinamusta si Kakai tungkol sa dating nali-link sa kaniyang aktor na si Ahron Villena.

Ani Kakai, "Hindi kami speaking terms, pero nagkita na kami ulit, we had dinner. Okay na kami, hindi na namin pinag-usapan ang past. Basta ang importante, puwede na kaming magtrabaho. Masaya ka, masaya na ako, 'di ba?"

"Wala siyang pinakilala. Kahit naman hindi niya ipakilala (laughs). Accepted ko naman kung ano man siya."

Nagbunga ito ng maraming spekulasyon tulad na lang na ‘tila kinukumpirma diumano ni Kakai ang totoong sekswalidad ni Ahron.

Sa mga tweet ng Dental Ddiva kahapon, July 23 sunod-sunod niyang sinagot ang mga negative comments tulad na lang na bitter daw siya, dahil hindi sila naging magkasintahan ni Ahron Villena.
