KC Concepcion hopes to inspire Pinoys to love the skin they're in. "Be yourself. Love who you are no matter where you are."
Actress and entrepreneur KC Concepcion has a timely reminder for her fellow Filipinas.
She encourages her followers to embrace diversity and be proud of the looks they were blessed with.
"Filipinos come in all shapes, sizes, and colors too. Whether mestiza (eurasian), morena (more malay), chinita (more east asian to be politically correct*) or anyone in between- it doesn't matter!" she wrote on her Instagram post.
KC admitted that while she constantly changes her style, she remains proud to be a 'global Filipina.'
"One is not more Filipino than the other. Race is not about skin color. Neither is status. I love changing my looks as an art but not to fit in. Be yourself. Love who you are no matter where you are ♥️ Proud to be a global Filipina," she wrote on her Instagram account.
