A timeline: Kris Aquino's legal battle against former business partner Nicko Falcis

Kris announced via Instagram that she has agreed on an amicable settlement with the Falcis brothers, wishing to “permanently leave this chapter behind.”

Along with her post was a statement from her legal team.

It read, “Ms. Kristina Bernadette C. Aquino, Mr. Nicardo M. Falcis II and Atty. Jesus Nicardo M. Falcis II have fairly settled all financial issus and amicably worked out all personal differences. To avoid any future misunderstanding, no further statement shall be forthcoming.”

It can be remembered that late in 2018, Kris filed several complaints against her financial abuser that was later on identified as Nicko. The latter then denied the allegations of the Queen of All Media and also filed a complaint against Kris.
