Former Miss World Philippines Maggie Wilson didn’t hold back against her bashers after she gave her opinion that there are more deserving winners than Catriona Gray for the Best in Swimsuit award at the Binibining Pilipinas coronation night last March 18.

Several netizens posted negative comments on Maggie’s Instagram account. At one point, a basher said that her biggest achievement was marrying a billionaire.

Maggie tied the knot with real estate scion Victor Consunji in December 2010. Check out how the beauty queen responded.

There were also netizens who defended Maggie and said and it was just a constructive criticism that people should be open with.

The former Miss World Philippines also stressed that Catriona Gray deserves winning the Binibining Pilipinas Miss Universe title, but not the Best in Swimsuit award.

She also posted this statement on her Instagram story to further clarify her point about Catriona Gray and is wondering why she is receiving so much hate online.
