Did Karlie Kloss and PAL finally made amends?

Philippine Airlines (PAL) finally broke its silence on Victoria’s Secret supermodel Karlie Kloss's controversial tweet yesterday, June 7 slamming the flag carrier for its alleged lousy customer service.

GMA News Online has reported that PAL issued a statement about the incident and they were happy to inform the public that Ms. Kloss has responded to the airline's initial correspondence with the former Victoria's Secret Angel.

PAL stated, "We are happy to note that Ms. Kloss has gracefully responded to PAL's initial communication. The airline has likewise sent her a formal letter stating that there was no deliberate intention to cause her any disservice.

"To show the heart of the Filipino, we are extending her assistance to facilitate the refund of her unused ticket or to facilitate the rebooking of her flight. PAL will be pleased to serve Ms. Kloss' travel needs in the future," the flag carrier added.
