Veteran actress/singer Sharon Cuneta revealed on her Instagram that she gave her daughter KC Concepcion a fake name in the hospital when she was born.

The Megastar gave birth to her only daughter with ex-husband Gabby Concepcion on April 7, 1985. During that time rumors were circulating that she gave KC a different name to avoid media attention.
Sharon posted, “I remember the fake name in the hospital nursery was “Baby Smith.” Ash blond hair, grey eyes (like Mommy's Mama) which later turned light brown.”
“Parang American. Wala din. Alam mo agad kaninong anak at kamukhang-kamukha! Hahaha.”
