Veteran shooting guard Jeffrei “Jeff” Chan is thankful to his former team Phoenix Fuel Masters and to his new team Ginebra Gin Kings for making his transition easy.

Veteran shooting guard Jeffrei “Jeff” Chan trends on Twitter yesterday after news broke out that his PBA team Phoenix Fuel Masters traded to the Ginebra Gin Kings.

The six-foot-three shooter was a former graduate of the Far Eastern University during his collegiate years and was a former member of the national team Gilas Pilipinas.

Phoenix decided to trade Chan in exchange for the first round draft pick of Barangay Ginebra in 2018.

Jeff took to social media to thank his former team. He also has a special request to his former teammates.

“Thank you @phx.fuelmasters, boss DAU, boss RTC, @coachlouiealas, @bugs021, @topexrobinson and the rest of the coaching staff and utility men for welcoming me into your family and putting your faith in me. To my Phoenix teammates, thank you, it was easy to adjust because of you guys! Take it easy on me okay?”
