With the enhanced community quarantine still in place, siblings Vico, Danica and Paulina commemorated their dad Vic Sotto's birthday with heartfelt posts on social media.

Siblings Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto and Danica Sotto have sent well-wishes for their dad Vic Sotto on his birthday on Tuesday, April 28.

Due to the enhanced community quarantine, they marked the special day by greeting their dad on social media.

Danica, daughter of Vic from previous partner Dina Bonnevie, uploaded a video on Instagram to commemorate his dad's 66th birthday.

“This was our last dinner before the quarantine. I can't wait for the day till we can all be together.

“Happy birthday, Daddy! I miss you guys so much! I thank the Lord because you are healthy, happy, and of course for giving us a sweet and loving Dad like you. Love love you so much,” she wrote.

On the other hand, Vico, his son with Coney Reyes, simply greeted his dad “Happy Birthday” along with a cheeky snap shared on the former's IG Story.

Paulina Sotto, another daughter of Vic, also marked his dad's birthday on Instagram.

She posted a throwback photo of them along with a heartfelt message.

“It's a different experience being the daughter of someone so well-known and loved--it makes you feel lucky to be close to someone so many people admire and look up to.

“It's a privilege knowing the 'dad' side of Bossing. He loves and cares so deeply for all his children, and even though we don't see him every day, we feel his love and support no matter what,” she said.

April 28 has always been special because it's my dad's birthday. It's a different experience being the daughter of someone so well-known and loved--it makes you feel lucky to be close to someone so many people admire and look up to. It's a privilege knowing the “dad” side of Bossing. He loves and cares so deeply for all his children, and even though we don't see him every day, we feel his love and support no matter what. And I'm extra lucky because he lives down the street so I still get to see him now and then 😄 But starting last year, April 28 took on another meaning. It was also the day that my Lola died. I talk a lot about how I grew up with my Lolo, but the fact is my Lola was also there with me. We shared many, many meals together, and she took me to all the plays and musicals up until she couldn't leave the house anymore. I always think of her when I see another production, knowing she would've been seated next to me, asking me to help her go to the bathroom during intermission 😄 So today I would like to greet my dad a Happy Birthday, and pray for my Lola who has spent a full year in heaven💖 I love you both very much!

Meanwhile, Bossing Vic did not only received appreciation posts from his closest relatives as his fellow celebrities expressed their love for him, too.

Among the personalities who remembered Vic's special day were his Eat Bulaga co-hosts Joey de Leon, Baeby Baste, Ryzza Mae Dizon, Comedy Queen Aiai Delas Alas, and Kevin Santos.
