We all know Bretman Rock as one of the top beauty influencers in the world and a reality TV star for MTV, but he's also has this mad love and respect for his incredible mom Mercedita.

In the season finale of "MTV Following: Bretman Rock", people got to see the vulnerable side of the social media superstar.

Bretman shared that his mom is planning to move back to the Philippines where she could retire.

"She's going to retire in the Philippines but it's really hard to imagine my mom really far away at this time right now.

"There's a pandemic going on, the world is in shambles, my Philippine home (in Cagayan) is literally underwater after a typhoon hit in November."

Bretman decided to organize a special luau party to mark Mercedita's 58th birthday.

Attending the event were Bretman's older brother Edmond and youngest sister Princess Mae.

Also joining them were his cousin and personal assistant, Miss Kay Kiefer, and his childhood BFF Larry.

During the birthday party, Bretman expressed that he wants to build a home for his mom in the Philippines.

“Mom thank you so much for everything that you do for us. All of your sacrifices when we were kids, it has finally paid off and I really owe my life to you. And I hope you know that.

“I hope to build you your house and lot one day in the Philippines and I just want to do things that dad couldn't so I hope that you don't actually mean that you're leaving this year because that would suck and I would really miss you so much."
