Bagnet recipe ala Bicol? 

INGREDIENTS: 
1 kilo pre-cooked bagnet  (prepared in advance)
2 cups coconut milk
4 green chili chopped
2 sili labuyo
1 chopped red onion
30 grams chopped garlic
2 stalks lemongrass 
1 teaspoon chicken powder
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons cooking oil
25 grams chopped ginger
 
 
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté garlic, onion, ginger, lemongrass, and green chili until translucent. Add coconut milk, simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste.
 
2. Cut into bite-size crispy bagnet. Place on plate and pour coco milk reduction on top. Garnish with cilantro.
