Procedure:
1. Mix crushed Graham crackers and melted butter. Mix well until incorporated.
2. Put crust mixture in a pie tray, press firmly. Refrigerate until the crust hardens.
3. In a saucepan, heat condensed milk until golden brown or caramelized. Add water to adjust thickness, let it cool.
4. Spread the caramel over the pie, put sliced bananas on top.
5. Add the chilled all-purpose cream and top with whipped cream, banana chips and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
