1. Rub ribs with salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne then marinate with barbeque sauce.
2. Wrap ribs in aluminum foil, then put it in an oven toaster for 1 hour.
3. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Procedure:
1. Boil potatoes until fork-tender; let them cool. Slice each sweet potato lengthwise into eighths.
2. Preheat a grill to medium heat. Mix 1 tablespoon salt, the lime zest and cayenne in a small bowl.
3. Brush the potato wedges with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill until golden brown on all sides. Immediately season with the salt mixture and sprinkle with cilantro.
