Try this tasty and budget friendly dish from CDO.


 

 

Ingredients:

8 pieces CDO Ulam Burger (slice into quarter)
1 pc small carrot (sliced into 1-inch cubes)
1 cup beef stock
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp lemon rind (finely grated)
1 tsp orange rind (finely grated)
1/2 thumb sized ginger (sliced thinly)
6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
3 stalks spring onions (chopped)

Procedure:

1. On a wok add oil, bring the heat to high then brown the CDO Ulam Burger on all sides.
2. Add ginger and garlic and stir-fry with CDO Ulam Burger.
3. Add the beef stock and bring to a boil.
4. Add fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, lemon rind and orange rind.
5. Cover the wok and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
6. Add carrots and simmer for additional 5 minutes.
7. Serve on steaming hot rice and top with spring onions.
