FOR THE FILLING:
500 grams lean ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc white onion, diced
4 pcs Pimiento, diced
1 cup kesong puti
1 pc carrots, diced
½ cup green olives, sliced
1 tbsp oil
salt
pepper

 
FOR THE SAUCE:
2 cups canned diced tomatoes
½ cup liver spread
2 cloves garlic
1 pc white onion
1 pc bay leaf
2 pcs sili labuyo
2 tbsp  olive oil
salt 
pepper
fresh pasta sheet
egg wash

 
PROCEDURES:
1. To make the filling, sauté onion, garlic and carrots until lightly caramelized then add ground beef. Continue to cook until beef has lightly browned.
 
2. Mix pimiento, kesong puti and green olives.
 
3. To make the sauce, sauté onion, garlic and sili labuyo until fragrant then add  canned diced tomatoes and bay leaf.  Let it simmer then add liver spread.  Season with salt and pepper.
 
4. To assemble lay a sheet of fresh pasta on a lightly floured surface then spoon ground beef mixture leaving about 2-inch space between each mound. Brush sides with egg wash then top a sheet of fresh pasta. Press the edges of the pasta to make a seal then cut with a cookie cutter or with a  knife.
 
5. Boil pasta for 4 minutes then plate into a pasta bowl then top sauce.
