Ibang klaseng kebab with special dip.

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg CDO Young Pork Tocino, sliced into strips
3 pcs yellow bell peppers, sliced into large squares
3 pcs green, sliced into large squares
1 pc zucchini or eggplant or cucumber, diced large
5 pcs tomatoes, sliced to quarters
1/2 cup Hoisin sauce
1 cup barbecue sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
4 heads garlic, roasted
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup oil from roasted garlic
pepper
bamboo skewers, soaked in water
mixed greens
PROCEDURE:
Prepare and heat griller.
Skewer CDO Funtastyk Young Pork Tocino and vegetables with bamboo skewers.
Combine barbecue sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil then brush with barbecue sauce.
Grill for 5 minutes on each side. Serve with mixed greens and roasted garlic aioli.
To make roasted garlic aioli, combine roasted garlic, mayo and roasted garlic oil. Season with salt and pepper.
