A very flavorful noodle dish.

INGREDIENTS:
450g CDO Funtastyk Young Pork Tocino, sliced into bite-size pieces
300g egg noodles, cooked
3 tbsps oyster sauce
½ cup chicken broth
2 tbsps soy sauce
2 tsps cornstarch
2 tsps sesame oil
1 thumb-sized ginger, minced
1 onion, thin strips
4 pcs shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1 small carrots, thin strips
1 cup chicharo
1 cup baby corn
2 tbsps oil
spring onions, chopped
salt
pepper
PROCEDURE:
In a bowl, combine oyster sauce, chicken broth, soy sauce, cornstarch and sesame oil. Set aside.
Heat pot and oil then sauté CDO Funtastyk Young Pork Tocino, then set aside.
In the same pan, sauté ginger, onion, carrots, chicharo, baby corn and shiitake mushroom until onions start to turn translucent. Add CDO Funtastyk Young Pork Tocino.
Add hoisin mixture then let the sauce thicken. Add noodles. Toss to make sure sauce is evenly coating the noodles. Sprinkle with spring onions before serving.
