A cheesedog sandwich with a unique peppery mushroom flavor.

INGREDIENTS:
6 pcs CDO Idol Cheesedog, sliced into 1-inch strips
1 c yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 pc green bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 pc red bell pepper, sliced into strips
5 pcs shiitake/button mushrooms, sliced into strips
1 pc onions, sliced into strips
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
½ tbsp flour
¼ cup beef stock
3 pcs burger buns or any round bread
lettuce
pickles, sliced
cheese sauce
 

PROCEDURE:
1. Heat pan and oil then sauté onion, bell peppers and mushroom for 3 minutes.
2. Add CDO Idol Cheesedog and continue to cook for 3 minutes. Then add butter and flour. Cook for 2 minutes, then add beef stock. Let sauce thicken then season with salt and pepper.
3. To assemble, press the middle of the bottom bun to make a well. Then top with lettuce, sautéed CDO Idol Cheesedog with pepper and mushroom gravy. Top with pickles and cheese sauce. Cover with the top of the bun.
