This Mother's Day, prepare this dish for your mom.


Ingredients: 
1 can CDO Karne Norte 100g
1 tbsp vegetable Oil
1 pc onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (diced) 
¼ cup tomatoes (diced)
1 cup ampalaya (diced) 
1 egg
Patis to taste 

Procedure: 
1. Sauté onion, garlic, tomatoes, and CDO Karne Norte.
2. Add in ampalaya. Let it simmer until ampalaya is cooked.
3. Season with patis. Stir in egg until cooked.
4. Serve with rice.
