Try this delicoous recipe!


Ingredients: 

1 can CDO Karne Norte 170g
1 cup mustasa (sliced)
1 pc. white onion (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 thumb-sized ginger (sliced)
1 pc carrot (sliced)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/2 cup beef stock
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt
Pepper

Procedure:

1. Heat pan and oil then saute ginger, onion, and garlic until fragrant.
2. Add broccoli and carrots. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Pour 1/4 cup stock then cover pan to let vegetables steam for ,5 minutes.
4. Add in CDO Karne Norte then saute for 3 minutes.
5. While sauteing make slurry by combining stock, oyster sauce and cornstarch then pour this in the pan.
6. Let it simmer until sauce has thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
