Add a flavorful twist to this vegetable dish. 


 

Ingredients:

1 can CDO Karne Norte Chunky 150g
2 pieces tomato
3 cups water
1 onion (sliced)
1 root ginger (crushed)
1 cup string beans (cut into 2-inch long strips)
6 pieces okra
1 cup squash, cut in cubes (par-boiled)
1 big ampalaya (cut in 2-inch rectangular lengths, par-boiled)
1 cup malunggay leaves
Bagoong isda to taste
Patis to taste

Procedure:

1. In a casserole, bring water to boil then add bagoong isda to taste.  
2. Add onion, tomato, string beans, okra, squash, and ampalaya. 
3. Cook for 5 minutes then add in CDO Karne Norte. Add patis to taste
