A frittata is an Italian egg-based dish that is similar to an omelette. Add a twist to it with corned beef!

Ingredients:

1 can CDO Karne Norte 175g
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup onions (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 cup tomatoes (chopped)
1 cup potatoes (thinly sliced)
3 pcs eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup banana catsup
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

1. Sauté onions, garlic, tomatoes, potatoes and CDO Karne Norte.
2. Cook on medium high until the outside of each potato piece have turned light crispy golden brown in color.
3. Pour egg over the cooked CDO Karne Norte mixture.
4. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until the egg is lightly browned on the bottom. Carefully flip the frittata and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until the bottom is lightly browned. Serve with ketchup and rice.
