Try this yummy corned beef version of potato balls.


Ingredients:

1 CDO Karne Norte  175g
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 large boiled potato (mashed)
1 white onion (minced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
¾ cup flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 egg for breading
1 cup milk
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable oil

Procedure:

1. In a bowl, combine potato, butter, milk, egg, onion, garlic, and flour. Season with salt and pepper. Add in CDO Karne Norte.
2. Cover with plastic wrapper and chill in the refrigerator.
3. Scoop chilled mixture then form into balls.
4. Dip into egg then roll in breadcrumbs.
5. Fry until golden brown.
