
Canned meat in your soup? A must-try!

Ingredients:
50g CDO Karne Norte
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 pc onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 pcs tomatoes (diced)
2 cups water
¼ cup labanos (sliced)
¼ cup okra (sliced)
¼ cup eggplant (sliced)
¼ cup sitaw
1 pack sinigang mix
¼ cup kangkong leaves
Patis to taste
Procedure:
1. Sauté onion, garlic, and tomatoes, and CDO Karne Norte.
2. Add water. Bring to a boil.
3. Add in labanos, okra, eggplant, and sitaw. Simmer until vegetable is cooked.
4. Then add sinigang mix. Season with patis.
5. Stir in Kangkong.
6. Serve with rice.
