Try this spicy and appetizing Filipino dish.

Ingredients:
1 can CDO liver spread
200 g ground pork
1/2 kg pork heart and kidney, thinly sliced
2 tbsp atsuete oil, heat oil then fry atsuete seeds and strain
1⁄4 cup soy sauce
1⁄2 cup vinegar
1 pc red onion, choppedv 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc bay leaf
1 pc bell pepper, cut into strips
1⁄2 cup green peas
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cups water/stock
Procedure:
Sauté onions and garlic in atsuete oil. Add in pork heart and kidney.
Add in ground pork and liver spread.
Season with bay leaf, salt and pepper.
Add in stock. Simmer until meat is tender.
Pour in soy sauce and vinegar. Simmer until the liquid is completely reduced
Add in green peas, bell pepper and siling labuyo.
Continue to sauté until vegetables are cooked.
