Try this empanada recipe.
Ingredients:
 
1 can CDO liver spread
200 g ground pork
½ cup potatoes, cut into small dice
½ cup carrots, cut into small dice
¼  cup raisins
1 pc onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste
 
Dough
100 g flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsps cold water
1 cup oil
 
Procedure:
 
For the dough, mix all ingredients until well combined and smooth.
Divide dough into 4-6 portions. Set aside.
On a pan, sauté onions and garlic in oil.
Add in ground pork and CDO liver spread, continue to sauté. 
Toss in carrots and potatoes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Continue sautéing until potatoes and carrots are tender.
Add in raisins. Then let it cool.
Flatten dough and form a 3 inch disc.
Add 1 ½ tbsp mixture on half of the dough then fold over the other half.
Crimp the edges to seal.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Serve hot.
