Ingredients:
2 cups fresh shredded coconut
1 cup all purpose cream
1 cup condensed milk
1 1/2 cups CDO nata & kaong sweet preserve
2 cups jelly green gulaman
1 tsp pandan essence
1/2 cup small sago (optional)
Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Procedure:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl starting from fresh shredded coconut, gulaman, nata & kaong, all purpose cream, and condensed milk. Mix well.
2. Refrigerate and serve cold.
