Here's a must-try for holiday season!


 

 

Ingredients:
1 cup CDO Nata de Coco (combination of green, red, and white)
1 cup CDO Kaong (combination of green, red, and white)
1/2 cup langka
1/2 cup apple (cut into cubes)
1/2 cup red seedless grapes (halved)
400 ml sweetened condensed milk
250 ml  all purpose cream 
4 cups young coconut (shredded)

Procedure:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine young coconut, CDO Kaong, CDO Nata de Coco, apples, and grapes. Gently stir to distribute the ingredients.
2. Place condensed milk, cream, and langka in a blender. Puree until all the ingredients are combined. 
3. Gently pour langka cream over the fruits and freeze for at least an hour before serving.
