Easy-to-do embutido na swak sa budget nyo.

INGREDIENTS:

5 pcs CDO Nutri Burger
1 pc white onion, diced
1 pc carrots, diced
1 pc red bell pepper, diced
1 pc green bell, diced
¼ cup pickle relish
¼ cup raisins
2 pcs eggs
3 pcs boiled eggs, peeled and quartered
½ cup ketchup
1 tbsp butter
salt
pepper

 
PROCEDURE:
1. Saute onion and bell pepper. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, combine CDO Nutri Burger, ketchup, sautéed onion and bell pepper, pickle relish, and raisins.
3. On a flat surface, place a sheet of aluminum foil then brush with butter.  Spread CDO Nutri Burger mixture. Top with boiled eggs then roll into logs. Wrap aluminum foil then twist the ends. Steam for 45 minutes.  Best served with rice.
