
A different twist for this tasty vegetable dish

Ingredients:
3 pcs CDO Ulam Burger patties
1 pc Puso ng Saging
3 tbps soy sauce
2 cups of water
2 tbsp calamasi juice
1 pc garlic
2 pcs laurel leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
1. Remove the older part of Puso ng Saging. Chop finely.
2. Rub it with salt to remove the bitter taste then wash it again with water. Set aside.
3. Fry CDO Ulam Burger patties until brown. Set aside.
4. In the same pan, sauté garlic until brown.
5. Add water, soy sauce, laurel leaves, calamansi juice and salt.
6. Let it boil then add the chopped Puso ng Saging.
7. Cook until Puso ng Saging becomes tender. Wait until the broth becomes almost dry.
8. Top it with CDO ulam burger.
9. Serve with rice.
