INGREDIENTS:
6 pcs CDO Ulam Burger Regular
1 pc onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup Chorizo de Bilbao
2 tsps paprika
2 cups beef stock
1 cup tomato sauce
1 pc bay leaf
½ cup garbanzos
¼ cup whole olives
¼ cup pimiento, chopped
1 tbsp oil
salt
pepper
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté onion, garlic, chorizo.
2. Add paprika and continue to cook for a minute.
3. Add CDO Ulam Burger. When lightly brown, add beef stock, tomato sauce and bay leaf. Simmer until sauce has slightly thickened and CDO Ulam Burger is fully cooked.
4. Add garbanzos, olives and pimiento. Season with salt and pepper.
