A recipe that will satisfy your cravings.
INGREDIENTS:
5 pcs CDO Ulam Burger Crispy Patties
6 pcs siling haba, cut into strips
3 tbsps bagoong alamang (or to taste)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc red onion, minced
2 ½ cups coconut milk
1 tbsps oil
salt
pepper
PROCEDURE:
1. Pan fry CDO Ulam Burger Crispy Patties then set aside.
2. On the same pan, sauté onion, garlic and siling haba.
3. Add 2 cups of coconut milk. Let it thicken then add bagoong alamang.
4. Add siling haba and the rest of the coconut milk. Let it simmer then add CDO Ulam Burger Crispy Patties and let it simmer for a minute.
5. Season with salt and pepper. Best served with rice.
