An easy way to prepare dinuguan. INGREDIENTS:
6 pcs CDO Ulam Burger Patties, cut in half then shaped into balls
1 ½ cups pork blood
1 pc small onions, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp cooking oil
¾ cup vinegar
½ cup water
1 pc bay leaf
2 pcs siling haba, sliced
salt
pepper
PROCEDURE:
1. Sauté onion and garlic.
2. Add CDO Ulam Burger and cook until lightly brown.
3. Add pork blood, vinegar, water, bay leaf and siling haba.
4. Simmer until blood has thickened. Best served with rice.
