The perfect mix of coconut and pandan flavors.

INGREDIENTS:

6 pcs CDO Ulam Burger, cut in half then shaped into balls
12 pcs pandan leaves
1 red onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 thumb-sized ginger, sliced
2 pcs siling haba, sliced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 tbsps bagoong alamang
2 cups coconut milk
1 tbsp oil
oil for deep frying
 

PROCEDURE:
Wrap CDO Ulam Burger inside pandan leaves then deep fry until cooked.
Heat pan and oil then sauté onion, garlic and ginger.
Add bagoong alamang. Cook for 2 minutes then add bell peppers and coconut milk. Simmer until coconut milk has slightly thickened.
Add wrapped CDO Ulam Burger. Continue to simmer until sauce has thickened then season with salt and pepper.
