Ease a stressful day with this comforting dish from 'Sarap with Family'.


INGREDIENTS:


2 packs of CDO Ulam burger all-purpose beef mix 210g, formed into balls
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ head cabbage, chopped
1 tali pechay baguio, chopped
1 pc small carrots, peeled and cut into half moon
5 pcs baguio beans, cut into 2 inch length
½ pc sayote, peeled, seeded and chopped
4 cups chicken stock
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oil
1 egg, slightly beaten
salt and pepper to taste

PROCEDURE:

Sauté onion and garlic in oil
Add in carrots, baguio beans and sayote. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add in stock, let it simmer.
Form CDO Ulam burger all-purpose beef mix into balls and add to the mixture.
Season with soy sauce. Let it simmer until beef balls are cooked
Add cabbage and pechay baguio
Add beaten egg while stirring. Season with salt and pepper 
Cover then turn off the heat. Let it sit for a minute.
