INGREDIENTS:
8 pcs CDO Ulam Burger Regular
8 pcs lemon grass, thick part only for skewers
¼ cup sukang tuba
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbps calamansi juice
2 tsps ginger, minced
For annatto oil:
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp annato/achuete seeds
2 cloves garlic, minced
PROCEDURE:
Heat grill pan.
In a bowl, combine CDO Ulam Burger, sukang tuba, garlic, calamansi juice and ginger, then mix until well combined. Portion into eight equal balls then skewer on lemon grass.
To make the annatto oil, heat vegetable oil then add annatto seeds and garlic. Let it soak for 10 minutes.
Grill for 5 minutes on each side. Brush annatto oil on CDO Ulam Burger while turning.
