Quick kare-kare to satisfy your craving.

Ingredients:

5 pcs  CDO Ulam Burger
2 cups puso ng saging
2 pcs bok choy or pechay
2 cups string beans
1 eggplant
1 cup ground peanuts
2 tbsp peanut butter (ground)
bagoong (to taste)
1 ½ cup beef stock
2 tbsp annatto oil
3 tbsp toasted rice (ground)
3 cloves  garlic
salt
pepper
 
Procedure:
Heat pan and annatto oil. Pan-fry CDO Ulam Burger. Then, sauté garlic, puso ng saging, eggplant and string beans.
When vegetables are almost cooked, add beef stock, peanut, and peanut butter. Let it simmer, then add toasted rice. Simmer until thickened. Season with salt, pepper, and bagoong.
