
Try this recipe with a twist on the classic Korean barbeque.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup water
1 garlic clove (minced)
2 green onions (chopped)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
5 pieces CDO Ulam Burger
Procedure:
1. In a bowl, stir together the soy sauce, brown sugar, water, garlic, green onions, and sesame oil until the sugar has dissolved.
2. Place the burger in a large plastic zipper bag. Pour the marinade over the ulam burger, squeeze out all the air, and refrigerate the bag for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate. Remove the burger from the bag, shake off the excess marinade, and discard the marinade.
4. Grill the burger on the preheated grill until cooked.
5. Serve over hot steaming rice.
